Being a resident for years with the Bay Clinic our only health option out in the sticks, all I can say is, if you value your loved ones life, PLEASE find another place to go.
Ask them "How long do their doctors last?" Their doctor turnover, which IMO directly indicates management competence, is abysmal. They will say "We're working on it." And that is true, for the past 10 years. At least now you can make an appointment next month. Up until a year ago you could not even do that. Go elsewhere!
