It was difficult at first to get through the dispatch service. Once they showed up on the job, however, they were awesome! Clear, upfront pricing, clean and profesional tech. He even educated me on stuff beyond the leaking faucet and gave me a free inspection of the house, drained the water heater and recommended timelines for the future to avoid troubles.
