Cheap & reliable!
This is certainly no big box store, they are very small with a hand full of guys rebuilding starters, alternator and other such auto & marine electrical parts. They usually have what you need ready to go, but they can also rebuild you old unit in a few hours if they don't have your exact part in stock. their prices are great and the guys are always friendly. I very rarely buy starters or alternators anymore, I just head over to these guys and get the same product as at any of the big name part stores, only at half the price!

Nix & Black has been around forever, I think they serviced Washington's horses back in the day;) But seriously, if you are looking for the lowest possible quote with no regard for quality, then call a big chain or some guy on craigslist, but if you're looking for an honest job done right and at a fair price, then look no further. I go way out of my way to go to these guys when I need any suspension work or a front-end alignment on any of my vehicles, and I own a business, so I have several. They've given me nothing but top quality service every time I've been there. I've always been amazed by how people constantly complain about getting ripped of by Auto Mechanics, Carpet Cleaners, and Plumbers, when all they ask about is the price! Price and Value have very little to do with each other. Price is just a number, but Value is what you get for the Price!
