Great experience at Oreck. Tony the manager not only fixed my Oreck vacuum gratis because the problem was minor (although I never could have identified it myself,) but he also fixed another non-Oreck vacuum that I brought along with me. His customer service and manner was highly professional. I would strong recommend shopping at this store
