I contacted this locksmith based on a recommendation and the reviews thinking, "oh good a reliable business." Boy was I wrong. They never showed up for the appointment......THREE TIMES!!! The first time it appeared an honest mistake about what Monday the appointment was for but then they never showed up for the two re-schedules either. They completely wasted everyone's time.

Bad Job
Wish I had read the reviews before using these guys. Our locks failed after about 4 months and getting them to come back to look at them has been a challenge. They initially wanted to charge us again for repeating the same work that we already paid for. I'm still wondering whether they are going to stand behind their work.
