Slow but friendly
They don't take appointments so odds are you'll be sitting there for over an hour waiting for an opening with a barber. It's a traditional barber shop so I guess that's expected.

Awful Bike Shop in Winston Salem
Ken - the owner of Ken's bike shop is one of the rudest business owners I've ever met. He's arrogant and difficult to be around. We ultimately stopped buying from him and started driving to a bike shop further away.
