Terrible
My son has been attending Tezel Oaks Learning Center for almost 2 years now. When the previous director was in charge my son had great manners and great behavior. When the previous director left, and the new one Ms. Candy became the director that's when things began to go downhill. I started getting an incident report every day for nonsense. My 3 year old said no to a teacher-incident report. My 3 year old would not sit in time out-incident report. It was beginning to get out of hand. So I finally received a phone call today from the director telling me that I needed to pick my child up and that he was not allowed to come back. When I asked why it was because he had told her no, and would not sit in time out. I was extremely upset, went and picked him up and left. They also expect me to pay for the rest of the week when he was only there for half a day. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone under the new supervision of Ms. Candy. My husband also overheard the pastor call my son a "cry baby" and ridiculing him in front of the kids. I am very dissatisfied and upset with Tezel Oaks. They also have a lot of violations on www.dfps.state.tx.us/
