Great Service
I go to this location for service on my Apple equipment and to see the latest products. When I call them, they are always helpful and nice. They take time with you. I've never had a bad experience.

Lack of customer service
I called them because Apple Store said they would be closer to me and their rate/part cost could be less. The male that answered cut me off, didn't offer to assist me and was rude. I told him I was a previous customer, didn't matter. Advice, go to the Apple Store where you are given great service all the way around. I was willing to spend money with them for my repair, but not at a cost of not being appreciated for my business. My money is green and spends everywhere.
