Cary Street Upholstery is reasonable in there prices, and great at having things on time. However, I needed a sofa done, and they did a great job with the upholstery, but didn't rebuild the springs in the sofa. The owner assured me they'd rebuild the springs, but once it was delivered they weren't.

Old World Properties has to be the best in Richmond. Mr.Downing is very good at having repairs done right away, and stays on top of tenant complaints.
