OMG WORST CS EVER
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPAIR DELAYS. This is a horrible company to do business with. My office bought several Toshiba tv's, and a panel went out on one. Contacted Toshiba, and they sent this disaster out to service us. Told us needed to order part. A month later I call Toshiba since Frick wont return calls, and they get in touch with Frick. Frick had not even ordered part!!! WTH??? Do NOT take your device here or have service through them.
