I love dealing with these guys especially Edward... Our refrigerator went down and i remember one of my house mates calling this company from a previous appliance failure out of the yellow pages - i called again... for a recent malfunction to our refrigerator (our compressor died!)... Knowing this was a huge job - Edward was honest with his assessment and pricing - we were given two options... buy a new fridge or replace our existing one... our household went without a fridge for a week looking for new ones that would cost the same as the price given to repair unit. We finally called Sub Zero Refrigerator Repair and Edward came once the parts came from order - spent the more than half the day repairing the fridge.
The unit worked perfectly after he was done but one of the welds had a small leak so after a few hours the fridge went warm again the same day. I called Edward the next morning (sun day - his day off) and he came to fix the problem within one hour.
