Harvard Collections adds insult to injury
Was never notified by CenturyLink that I had a final bill of $38.25 due 1-16-10. Needless to say, I was suprised to hear from Harvard Collections on 2-17-10 that the bill had been turned over to collections on 2-12. The only thing worse than the news was Ms Scott, the surly representitive, who said I should have know about the bill. What an attitude!
