Honest Company
This company cares about their customers and gives honest reliable and affordable service. I have been a customer of A1 Apppliance Service for many years. I recently lost their phone number and called out another company thinking I was calling A-1 Appliance Service. When the other company showed up and I told them of my mistake they started slamming A1 and said I would have to pay a service charge for them coming out. Since it was my error and I felt a service call was fair,
I went ahead and let them work on the refrigerator. The refrigerator was not cooling they replaced a part and I paid them for the repair. A week later and still a broken refrigarator and several promises to return I found the correct phone number for A 1 Appliance Service called them to my home. They gave me same day service fixed the refrigerator. Thank you once agan for a job well done. Please do not be fooled by a company putting A-1 in front of their name and saying they have been in business as long as A-1 Appliance Service. The other company
well, I will not be calling them back and I guess they had to bad mouth A-1 to try and make themself look good. I will not be losing the phone number for A-1 Appliance Service for they are the company I will be using for any future repairs.
