Unlike when I went to Radiology Medical Group for an MRI without contrast. I was injected without consent. I had an anaphylactic reaction. No physician was present. I had to be taken to the emergency hospital. I am now permanently disabled with severe injuries. They tried to cover-up the unauthorized injection be altering my medical records.
