Six weeks after ordering (and paying over $300 for glasses) we still didn't have my husband's glasses although the original estimate for receiving the glasses was less than 2 weeks. After many phone calls and many differing excuses we were given the glasses in the wrong frames. MVC offered us a floor model frame for the same price or our money back. Six and a half weeks! We will take our money and run!
