What a bummer!
While visiting Indian Wells I used the services of JK 1 hr Photo Express. A print and a 11 x 14 photo were made from an original photo. I picked up the new photo which was placed in an envelope provided by the business owner. I hand-carried the photo on the plane and several hours later when I went to remove it from the envelope the ink had pulled away from the photo in several places. I assumed it hadn't had a chance to dry. When I called for a replacement I was told "that I had to stand behind my work" . "I was to blame for the photos condition." He would not make me a new one and send it to me. I had a weird feeling when I was in there in the first place as his prices went up a bit when I got the final bill. Like he was trying to get every dime out of a visiting tourist. No matter how many times I asked him to send me a new one he would not. Please save yourself the headache and the money. Do not use his services. Go to a neighboring town.
