My wife surprised me with a surprise trip to this complex and when I walked in the lazy guy behind the counter never asked me if I needed help. I waited there for like 10 minutes and he just walked around sweeping the floor.
I had never been there before and was excited to get back into the swing of things, I didn't know if I needed my own bat or helmet. All I wanted to do was to ask this guy simple questions but he never helped me. I ended up leaving vowed never to return to such a crappy service oriented place.
I played AAA ball for the chicago cubs and for them it would have been an honor to have someone like me promote their place but TOO BAD. Never will I return to such a lousy establishment.
