Benchmark Construction has been just a pleasure to work with. I've built several homes in the past, and had dealing with several general contractors. I've been impressed with the owner's professionalism, design mind, and ideas. We had areas with our plans that we not going to work, although designed by an architect, had flaws. Joel was quick to identify and come up with solutions and ideas. He builds for views, and is a perfectionist. His eye for detail and craftsmanship is shown in his work. I will continue to use Benchmark for future builds, and absolutely recommend them! I'm so pleased with the work they have done. Plus, they are so on top of things
