I thought everything was going smoothly until I noticed my package was delivered to someone else. Somehow Ski Rack managed to send out the package to an address with no street written! So I had to go through all the hassle of calling UPS and calling Ski Rack to get it back to me. While they could have had it sent to me, they had it sent to them! Then it was finally sent to me. Took 8 business days to NJ from VT. Customer service was not understanding and did not acknowledge their mistake. Will never order from them again.
