If you are looking for a personal trainer I can't recommend Ed Ferrell of Fitness Together in Temecula, Ca high enough. I'm a 55 year old man who was over weight and out of shape when I started with Ed. After just 35 sessions I lost over 30 lbs, got my blood pressure back down into the normal range and learned how to exercise properly for the first time in my life.
