Service is lacking
We recently purchased furniture on the 3rd of December which was in stock. They told us they would call with a delivery time, after waiting ten days I called and they had forgotten. I then asked and they thought they could get our furniture there between Christmas and New Year's. I'd spent $4000 and didn't have anything to show for it. I asked for a refund. I don't think a person should have to wait for several weeks to have an in stock item delivered.
