An organic garden center in the center of Cedros Design center has been here since 1993. There is 1.3 acres of a wide range of plants. The owner Mia McCarville has provided an oasis for a busy world. The house has house plants, seeds, books, and a tea room is planned for the future. Native plants, grasses, fruit trees, bamboo, and perennials are just a few of the treasures here. Come for a stroll and be inspired to decorate the earth! Oh yes, and don't forget to give Daisy the nursery cat a pet. Check out the zebra finches on the south side of the parking lot. <br />

This shop is in the fantastic Cedros Design District of Solana Beach. Muttropolis has their own parking spots so it's easy to get in and out if all you need is a bag of food. The food prices are comparable or less than most independent pet food shops and they carry brands that the larger companies don't stock. (Make sure you sign up for their discount card.) They are willing to order things for you if you know what you want. Dogs are welcome and there are enough squeaky toys to send you into crazy-ville. Don't stay too long... you might spend all your money here. But don't stay away because you aren't that shi-shi of a pet owner because they have your basic items, too. Still, if you are one to buy a sparkly collar for your cat... then you'll feel right at home!

<b> Overall:</b> The owner, a local girl, has created a warm, fresh, relaxed space where the customer feels welcome. She's hired some great stylists and you definitely feel the good vibe here, everyone seems to like each other! The music is always good, the conversations are abuzz, and the hair dryers, faucets, and phones seem synchronized to the rhythm of life. The adjoining spa next door has massage, facials, manicure, pedicure, etc. I've been going to Bella Villa for four years.<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> worth the money.<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> Great service once you are in there but sometimes you have to leave a message to schedule an appointment. You can usually get in within seven days.<br />

<b> Overall:</b> This is a great Anusara Yoga studio in Del Mar. The studio has a wide variety of offerings and many of the instructors are trained in other types of yoga like Iyengar and Ashtanga. As well, the studio often offers weekend visiting instructor workshops, attracting instructors from all over the country. Owner Geri Portnoy offers teacher trainings from time to time and has created a meaningful, safe, inspired place to gather and practice. <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> The pricing is fair and you definitely get your money's worth. A single class is $17 and "Make it a Habit 21 classes (60 day limit) is $220 (one time offer only)<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> A friendly qualified staff of well-trained instructors and practitioners. Owner Geri Portnoy has taken great care to provide a safe and loving environment. <br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> There is a small shop in the back selling yoga inspired products: clothing, books, CDs, and mats.<br />
