this lady takes bad customer service to a level i didn't think existed. she was rude and when i returned a faulty[ proven by a 3 hour tech call and service by the graphics card manufacturing technological dept.] she informed they didn't know squat and i needed to BRING her my computer in so she could check the card. Isn't that what she does for a living?? shouldn't she have that equipment there?? then she tried to give me a 2 party check as a refund and it wasn't even for the full price i paid! i said i would not take a check because i paid CASH and i wanted my cash back. she said she didn't have any she put it in the bank. so how is she running her business?? how would i know the check was even good? her ONLY saving grace is her employee. he was polite and even gave us our refund out of his own pocket when she stormed out of the room like a petulant child instead of dealing with the issue. i kid you not 5 more minutes of talking to her about it and i was calling the police. he saved he a trip to jail for refusing to pay the refund on a bad piece of equipment. i even bet if i went back to the store the item will probably be stuck back out on the shelf for the next sucker to buy! it was a PNY GEFORCE 210 1 GB graphics card. if it looks opened do not buy it! it is a bad card.
