Very Good Experience!
I almost didn't call JR's Village Repair because of a couple of bad reviews but it was so close to my house that I did and I am so glad I chose to "see for myself"! The office staff is helpful and courteous. The man I talked to when I drove around back was so nice. He helped get my lawnmower out of my car and gave me a guess on what might be the problem based on my explanation of what the lawnmower was doing. The cost is very reasonable. The cost of the estimate is applied to the repair which I think is more than fair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needed small engine work! Also, they told me yesterday that it could be a week to get the repair done but actually got it done in 24 hours! Nice!
