Honest People
had a bad smell were our sewer line was and assumed it to be a leak. Bob's plumber came out gave a smell and said it was probably a dead animal. No charge for a expert opinion. I was relieved and wanted you all to know these are honest people. Because it wouldn't have taken much to say "well we need to open up the ground to really tell". And most people would have just excepted that and paid for a hunting expedition.

Bob's is terrific. 5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended 01/18/2008 Posted by piware After creating a clog to end all clogs, a clog that laughed at our hour-long attempts at plunging, we had to call a plumber. We found the best-rated Hollywood area plumber on CitySearch, Bob's. In fact, it was so well-rated, we wondered why all 11 reviews were 5 stars. Could a plumbing service really be that good? Well, as it turns out, yes. They're terrific. And you can believe the hype. We called Bob after hours. Bob himself answered. And he sent over his son, Jason, who was at our place within 45 minutes, which is exactly when Bob said he'd be there. And Jason wasn't some paycheck-collecting, pipe-busting misanthrope, he was a nice guy who cared about our problems and wanted to do the best work possible. But alas, as strong and muscular as Jason is, the first battle against the world's most amazing clog was won by... the clog. Jason claimed that the only clog that compared in sheer stubbornness was a toilet at USC which had been jammed by a... Blackberry. So the next day, the whole family showed up. I'm talking Bob, Jason and Shane, and they wrestled that toilet up out of the bathroom, onto the back patio, and waged unholy war against that clog composed of cat litter and [unspeakbles], a clog that eventually succumbed to the might of Bob & family. When the smoke cleared, they put our toilet back, put new wax rings & bolts on it, and charged us a very very fair price. AND they left the bathroom cleaner than when they found it. Believe the hype. This is Hollywood's premiere plumbing service. Courteous, professional, inexpensive & nice. Thanks, guys. Pros: Service, Price, Courtesy Cons: None that we saw
