Good place for some quick prints
Copy Copy always does a good job with my prints and if something isn't right they will work with me to fix it until it is right. They offer everything you would expect from a place called Copy Copy (from B&W copies up to full color large format print and everything inbetween). I find the computer usage fee to be a little high if you only need it for 2 minutes to print something out but if you're there to type up a document or make edits it's not bad.

Get ROASTED!!!
Roasted Espresso and Subs has everything you want in a coffee/sub shop. Good atmosphere (local art, places to sit inside and out), some great tunes and a phenomenal staff. Oh yeah did I mention they have some of the best coffee in town that is from fresh beans roasted once a week??? The subs and signature sandwiches are priced just right, a roasted classic breakfast sub (probably the best thing on the menu) is $3.75 and perfect for breakfast.
There's a lot of local characters usually around and the staff is knowledable about the area and what's happening downtown. Their hours are great too in that they're open from 6:30am - 10pm so you can stuff your face or drink your fill before work or before a concert down the street.
