Customer satisfaction??
I had a pair of shoes resoled here for the 2nd time. They put the wrong soles on. I called them to inform them of their mistake. She said, "they are close aren't they?" I told her no. She called back and said to bring them back. I did.
She said the original soles were no longer available, but they found a pair from Ohio. They put the correct soles on. She informed me several times by phone and in person that they would not be able to put the original soles back on. When I told her she could have called me instead of putting on something close, she got irrate. She said they could not call every customer. When I picked the shoes up there was a note in them telling me they would no longer be able to service my needs in the future. In other words, don't come back. It was their mistake by just putting a sole on that was close. Without even so much as a phone call.
Don't go here. There are other alternatives in Muncie.
