MBP Properties / Burnham Arms / 633 Congress St / An eyesore
I can see Burnham arms from my window and its an eyesore. I live at 645 Congress st, our newly renovated building offers affordable and modern apartments. The outside Burnham arms is made of brick and the building is almost entirely covered in weeds that stretch from the ground to the roof. Inside theres a musty smell, traces of water damage and where theres water damage comes an array of potential structural and health risks. I suspect the building may be condemned sometime soon, but in the meantime It would be nice if they would clean up the exterior of the building.
