nightmare
I've worked in retail sales all my life. I was a successful salesperson at Airport Appliance for a few years but nothing is ever good enough for Kate Van Eeghen and her father Don. Their customer service is a nightmare as in virtually non-existent. AND they have reverse discrimination against employees. If I had only two choices in life, to go back to work for the Van Eeghen family or face a firing squad, I'd choose death.
