When I asked a day before about my luggage allowance, Larry Wu told me that it is two each. When I am at the airport, local connecting airline charged me because they only allowed One. Larry Wu lied to my face by telling that he didn't tell me that I will get two luggages each ticket. Moreover, he told me that he only Sell Ticket Not Luggage. He cut off my wife over the phone when she tried to explain to him in person. Should AVOID at ALL COST!
