Below please find a brief description of our corporate officers and what they contribute to our company: Jeremiah Lugo Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer of BCJ Management Services, Inc., Jeremiah brings with him over twelve years of experience as Director and Owner?s Representative of several privately owned management and construction companies. Jeremiah has managed the financial aspects of several construction, development and property management firms located in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts. He has extensive knowledge and experience with gut rehabilitations and new construction. In addition, his years in the Property Management field have allowed him to become familiar with all the aspects of property management including supervision of office personnel and maintenance staff. Jeremiah has received several awards including the certification as an Occupancy Specialist for Section 8 Housing. He brings with him an extensive listing of consultants, contractors and vendors with whom he has established trusting and long lasting relationships. He is responsible for the oversight of all of our client accounts. Christine Lugo Chief Operating and Financial Officer As Chief Operating and Financial Officer of BCJ Management Services, Inc., Christine has over ten years of administrative experience in the Business Management field. Christine has worked with attorneys, accountants, construction companies and property management firms. She is our senior manager responsible for our day-to-day operations. Together with our CEO, Christine is in charge of overseeing the financial activities of our company, managing business relationships with our clients and vendors, and ensuring that our services meet standards of quality and cost effectiveness Beatrice Roberts-Clark Executive Director of Property Management Division As the Executive Director of our Property Management Division, Beatrice brings to our team over twenty five years of experience in the Real Estate field. She has been the Director of Management for several large Developers and Property Management Companies. Beatrice is the liaison between our Property Managers and the Owners/Investors of the Properties. Her analytical approach to detail ensures that our clients receive the maximum return on their investments. Beatrice and her staff have both the experience and resources to provide Developers with the guidance and support needed to acquire, develop and market new investment opportunities. Marlene Eckhardt Client Support manager As our Client Support Manager, Marlene has over fifteen years of administrative experience in the legal, property management and financial fields. She is responsible for managing our existing client relations. Her knowledge and professionalism will give our clients the peace of mind of knowing their customers are in capable hands. Marlene is also in charge of servicing our client base in Long Island, New York and Connecticut. Jodi Duran Customer Service Manager Jodi joins our team with over ten years of admin. experience in various fields of Business Admin. Her considerable knowledge in the customer service to our clients and their customers.
