Not only am I the owner of Nextfit Portland Personal Trainer but I'm also one of Nextfits biggest fans. I've been using the Nextfit Keychain Trainer since Nov 09. not only have I lost 15 lbs. but my motivation to workout is the same as when I was in High school.
