This store is in a really nice part of Scottsdale. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and I was happy with the prices they were asking. They were very nice in here and I would definatly go back or recommend them to other people.

Non-chain jewelers are hard to find sometimes and Dicksons is worth a drive. I've used them for repair, redesign, and for purchasing new jewelery. Nice shop by R B. at InsiderPages

I came to this place initially because I had a coupon from a mailer. They changed my watch battery and did it very quickly. I was please with them and think that they are trustworthy to change your watch batteries. PROS: Great price for watch battery changes CONS: None

Can no longer recommend this place by John S. at InsiderPages

I've taken my watches to have items replaced (ie. batteries, crystals, etc.), but recently the quality of service has declined. I found I was not the only one in my area to agree. In the last two dealings, I've had to take back a watch battery(after a month), then they broke the crystal face on my wife's watch and told me it was an 'old' watch and that the chip was there when I brought it....

The sales persons were all helpful, without being pushy. I end up buying a necklace and a bracelet. I got them appraised once I got back to Alabama. THey were worth more than I paid. EXCELLENT by danny b. at InsiderPages

Bought my wife's necklace here a year ago. Was pricey and put it on layaway but always was greeted with a smile when i went in to make a payment. Never waiting more than a few minutes to talk to someone. Selection is very good and prices very reasonable. Wife loved the necklace and we go in there often to see the new products. A lot of the salespeople know us by name!
