A Guy That Knows What He is Doing!!

I called Cronan Carpets and received a quote right over the phone. Greg showed up a few minutes before our appointment time and did a great job. He charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and did not try to sell me on any extras. He uses a low moister acid based cleaner that worked great. My Carpets were dry in 4 to 5 hours, and the stains did not come back up a couple days...

My first house was pretty old, maybe about 30 years. The furnishing and carpeting was also almost that old (bad). The guys from Bay City Carpet had their work cut out for them, but they ended up doing an excellent job. My carpet was restored to the original color and all the stains were removed. It was exactly what I wanted. It was pretty expensive, but worth it.
