Outstanding to Work with

My wife and I have used Jake's for well in excess of 10 years and have never been disappointed with their work. We have had foreign and domestic vehicles serviced by them and have been pleasantly surprised with the extra mile that they're willing to go to ensure our satisfaction.

Very high prices by Thomas H. at InsiderPages

I called to get pricing on tire rotation and balancing, fluid flushes, etc. The prices were far higher than other area shops that are also clean, etc. Jake's offers many services but it seems that their pricing is as high if not higher than your dealership pricing.

Great alignments!! Still Open!!!

Still open and still doing good work. Took my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, let them know the numbers I wanted. The car now tracks straight, wheel straight, and handles approriately. USE THEM!!!

It's a okay store that does general repairs for vehicle. I've had an alignment done in the past, but they had to re-align the vehicle again because they did not do it properly the first time.

This Sears store has been an anchor of Oakland Mall since the beginning. It is a good store. There is always a good selection of any item you may be looking for. The deals on childrens' clothes is endless. I am impressed with the staff as well. They are friendly and efficient. Always a good store.
