highly recommend

I came in because I had a hole in my tire and it was the closest place to my houe.... so glad I did. Very friendly people working, were able to explain things very simply and gave me my options. They even talked to my Dad on the phone so he didn't have to worry about his daughter getting taken advantage of! Looked online after my visit and they gave me a fair price for the tires and the tires...

waste of time

I made an appointment 2 days ago to get tires rotated/30k mile check-up. I made it clear that I needed the car back by the evening. They said "no problem". I dropped it off early in the morning and waited...and waited. Finally, around 5pm, I called THEM (just like the last time) and they said that they "haven't gotten around to it"; that it "wouldn't be finished this evening" !!!!! What a...

Quick and comfortable

I've been going to Lucas tire for years. After a few bad experiences as a new Chicago resident, I found Lucas tire through a friend's recommendation. The environment is clean and comfortable, service quick and honest, and the staff is very friendly. I've definitely passed the word along!

No common decency whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs.

7:30pm on a Monday night, 4 below temperature, flat tire in front of the store. I walk in - "we're closed, can't help you." Fine, can I borrow a lug wrench (mine had insufficient leverage). Good oil-change and tire fixing

We had two times flat tire and went to Firestone, they fixed it pretty fast and the price was reasonable. We also did our oil-change there for several times, they did it fast--though I don't know how to evaluate it was good or not. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Friendly employees and fast service by J C. at InsiderPages

I decided to take my car to this store for my tires to be replaced when I was in that area. I found their prices very competitive and to get me to buy the tires they threw in a free oil change. I was more than happy to buy the tires at a cheap price and get the free oil change. The manager was extremely friendly and more than accomodating with coffee whilst I waited. I went here for an oil change and got a great, quick oil change done in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and they showed me to a comfortable waiting lounge while I was waiting. They're at a great location and have hassle-free service.
