San Diego Pet Supply has moved. Its new warehouse store is on 15th Street in the East Village, between Market and Island. It has free, green 15-minute parking spaces out front and is now stocking more pets to go with its plentiful supplies. It is on Facebook as San Diego Pet Supply Warehouse and Twitter as SDPetSupply
Pros: Expanded selection, great owner and low prices
Cons: Sometimes the green spaces out front are full and you need to park around the corner.

The first thing I noticed was the incredible security and safeguards everywhere in the Record Center Innovations building. The second thing I noticed was the gorgeous modern art work and glass sculptures in RCI's high-tech corporate offices.
RCI is truly a first-class company who treats me and my company like we are their only client. The customer support is amazing. I needed document shredding over the weekend on a massive scale and they handled everything in ONE phone call and an email. They have helped me maintain a schedule for offsite records storage. They do it right.

Overall: Excellent
Value: Many different service plans to choose from that are structured to meet a budget. Coupons and specials are also available, along with payment options.
Service: Superior service provider. Very professional and knowledgeable about their industry, wildlife and standards.
Quality: They provide no less quality in their workmanship that they themselves demand from another service provider.
Pros: Pricing plans are generally 1/3 below the national average.
Cons: They are not a rescue foundation.
