Stay Safe Home Care Manor, Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, is professionally managed by Stay Safe Home Care Inc., and licensed by the State of California. This facility is suited to more medically complex clients, such as those with diabetes, heart conditions, dementia, wounds, incontinence, Foley catheter, ostomy, oxygen, medication management, and hospice care. The mission of Stay Safe Home Care Manor is to preserve quality of life, independence, and happiness achievable at home. We will adjust daily living activities to YOUR schedule preferences and strive for highest level of satisfaction and best possible outcomes. The goal of Stay Safe Home Care Manor is to allow clients maintain the independence in their daily routines in least restrictive and familiar surroundings and assure the greatest level of dignity, respect, and longevity. Each Resident shall live in a private or semi-private room. Stay Safe Home Care Manor can accommodate up to 6 residents, which allows for personalized, loving environment. Residents will receive basic care and supervision including, but not limited to: Professional 24 h Care and Supervision Socialization, sing along , small group interaction, games, memory stimulation activities, bingo, chess, puzzles Physical stimulation through daily activity program Home cooked meals and snacks with consideration to low sodium low sugar diet, and hydration program Daily Housekeeping & Laundry Dressing, Personal Hygiene, and Medication management Assistance with transportation to MD, social and religious outings Long Term Care Hospice and Dementia Care Short Term/ Respite Care/Hospital recovery Private garden and walking pathways around the facility Phone, cable, and internet Pet Therapy Facility Suited to more medically complex clients such as those with diabetes, heart condition, and hospice care. Owner and Administrator is a Registered Nurse with extensive Home Health experience Two Certified State Administrators on Staff involved in daily operation of the facility All staff professionally trained, CPR & First Aid, state required education in dementia, hospice, and medication management. Emergency response systems and 24 h central alarm monitoring Optional services: Hair stylist, visiting MD, Podiatrist, Geriatric Care Coordination with skilled medical home care providers Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational therapists, Medical Social workers, speech therapists and visiting MD.
