As several appliance repair technicians working for the larger service companies, we recognized a need in the Twin Cities for a better service provider. The big contract providers have some very good technicians working for them but cannot deliver the level of service a customer would expect. The customer just becomes another number and the personal service is non-existent. We found customers going elsewhere even though they were already paying for these so called service plans. It was also clear that a lot of people were starting small appliance repair shops. They call themselves family owned and charge as little as possible to the customer to bring in some business. These shops go out of business and are quickly replaced with someone new trying to offer the cheapest price around.
