On the advice of a friend, I checked out Melrose Jewelers last week and couldn't believe how huge their selection of high-end watches was! I ended up getting a beautiful white-gold Rolex with a dark blue face! It arrived quickly and is even more beautiful in person! I'll be checking out Melrose next time I'm in the market for a Rolex!

A perfect buy for anytime
I decided to try Melrose Jewelry out after seeing a close friend wearing what appeared to be a brand new Rolex. I couldn't believe that he had a Rolex because he made less money that me and I couldn't afford a Rolex. After going to Melrose Jewelers I realized his secret. It took me less that five minutes to buy my Rolex. My two-toned Rolex is the greatest steal that I have came across. There is no evidence that the watches and jewelry at Melrose Jewelers are pre-owned. Melrose Jewelers turns once in a lifetime purchases into something that could be routine. I love Melrose Jewelers so much, that I truly wish I had more arms to put watches on. This is one of the true gems of Los Angeles.

Nice group of people
I was shopping for a new Rolex and my mom told me about Melrose jewelers. She said that was where she got my dads Rolex. I looked on their website and found a really good deal. It was still really expensive but it was thousands less than what I had expected. My watch arrived in a few days and it was the cutest watch I have ever seen. I talked to a few people there before I bought it and they were so nice and polite. I think I will by myself some earrings from Melrose Jewelers soon.

Yes Melrose jewelers are the best retailers i have known in Rolex watches. Quality is assured here and customer satisfaction is the first motto of these people. Rolex watches are great classy items to wear and I got my latest one from Melrose Jewelers. I came across this dealer when I was searching for a Rolex and their low prices caught my eye. I was a little hesitate to expect such great quality because I couldn't find any lower price. Once my watch came in the mail I immediately knew that I made a good investment. Great quality of watch, found out later that 95% of their business is watches. So they know what they're talking about. Undeniably The Best Jewelry Experience - Lifetime Customer
I'm rather new to Melrose Jewelers, my first order was just a week ago. I have been looking for a diamond necklace for my mother for Christmas and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere. I really wanted something that was unique and not something that everyone has because it was on sale last year at the nationwide chain stores...that's just not my style. I was able to easily find several pieces that I fell in love with on Melrose Jeweler's site and when I called and spoke with them they were able to offer me a lot of information that I didn't know about the necklaces. After an informative talk, I acutally ended up ordering a customized piece so I don't have to worry about it not being unique. I was also pleased to hear they have a conflict-free diamond policy because that is a very important issue with me. They shipped the necklace once it was finished for free and overnight with free insurance. Honeslt, I got an amazing price on a custom necklace and they gave me everything else for free including the shipping, insurance, advice, and appraisal, and to top it off, they gave me 3% in loyalty rewards toward my next purchase. Absolutely a pleased...more than pleased.... customer here, and once my mother sees this necklace I am confident she will also be returning as a customer. No other jewelers will take the amount of time to make sure everything is perfect like Melrose Jewelers. They went above and beyond to provide me with knowlege and the perfect custom necklace for my mother so that she can have a unique piece of jewelry to show how much I love her and how special she is. Very customer oriented
I found Melrose Jewelery through the recommendation of my best friend. He had purchase some VERY nice jewelery there and was very happy with it. Me being the very methodical person that I am, I also researched them on my own. I found that their customers were happy so I felt a lot more comfortable (I was looking for my first Rolex!). I initially just stopped by just to check prices and their selection. I was so impressed that I made my purchase that day! Really the staff was great and I was impressed by the selection they had. Im not really a "Jewelery store" kinda guy but they really helped me out with all of my questions. I would definitely go back again!

I just stumbled upon this company while researching Rolex's and could not be happier. I ordered a used Rolex and it is awesome. No one can tell it is used and my friends and co-workers are so jealous. I will tell them it is used eventually. Melrose Jewelers are the best! So I had been shopping around for a Rolex for my husband for awhile. I was sick of seeing those ridiculous prices. A friend from work told me about Melrose Jewelers. I gave it a shot and I am glad I did. I could search this site all day. They have so many options and such great prices. I FINALLY found the PERFECT Rolex. I called customer service to ask them a few questions and they were a huge help. They were friendly and very patient with me. I first found out about Melrose Jewelers when my mother bought my father a Rolex watch for their 25th anniversary. My father still owns the watch and he was very satisfied with the gift he got and my mother said she was very pleased with the service and the treatment she got from the employees. I thought about going there myself when I needed to buy a gift for my brother’s graduation from college. I was really amazed by the professional demeanor of the staff and the care they take about their customers. There were a lot of luxury watches displayed, the collection of Rolex watches was impressive and it took me a while to make a choice. There was a large range of prices to choose from, affordable for everyone pockets. I didn’t think they were opened until late, but as I found out later they are open for 12 hours each day. I recommend Melrose Jewelers to everyone who thinks about a Rolex watch.
