Fractured foot
I dropped a metal box on my foot and was in need of a foot and ankle specialist because it swelled up instantly and I was in pain; I thought I broke something. Well I found Dr. Ian’s office in Delray beach and he told me I had indeed fractured my foot but it was a minor injury, nothing to worry about. He realigned the bones in my foot and put a walking cast on it. After a week and another set of X-rays I am waiting for the bone to heal. Dr. Ian said it should take around 5 weeks or so. I liked the way I was treated in this office; with a lot of courtesy and professionalism. Besides that there was a sense of organization on the office that made me feel I was in the right place.

The first time I went in to Gold Coast just to check them out. They were friendly and seemed to know their way around a sewing machine.
I have three professional machines and Gold Coast has repaired one of them for me. I have also gone there for parts and supplies. I now go to Gold Coast for all my sewing machine needs. Very easy move!
I heard about Boca Raton Best Movers (561) 420-0362 from a co-worker who had moved from Boca Raton, FL to Miami. She recommended them because she had a lot of antiques and they didn't scratch or break a thing. I had some antiques as well, and thought that it would be worth it to give them a try. The price was slightly higher than other movers. The appraiser who called was very professional and caring--he even offered to help me get rid of things that I decided I didn't want to take with me. The men who came to move me out finished the job in just over 3 hours, and were within the days they estimated for delivery. One man did the entire inventory, and the other did all the lifting. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one man doing the labor, I didn't like seeing my 150 year old kitchen table hoisted over his back. It scared me that he would drop it. But in the end nothing was broken or scratched. I packed my own things, so I can't give an opinion on the packing service. I can tell you from personal experience that this is a top notch company that actually does what they say they will do when they say it.

The guy seemed to know what he was doing, I am ma busy guy and don't have much time for home improvements or too fix things around the house. So I had these guys come out while me and some friends were at the house, playing Black Ops the went o the basement to the studio. The guy was pretty quick or I barely noticed because I was on the game the whole time. But new lock and thats what i needed.
