I had glass tops made for my oak living room tables years ago. The service was fast, very helpful, and today the glass still looks great. Just moved these tables to new home and realized how nice they have stayed thanks to the glass tops. Today called Gresham Glass just for a question on another item and got outstanding phone service; so friendly and helpful.

WORST Customer Service EVER!!!!

I have never seen a business that didn't care about the customer as much as this place. I called on Friday to make an appointment, and the first opening wasn't until Tuesday. After I explained that I work until 4:30 every day and wouldn't be home until 5, he said he doesn't go on calls that late (Even though the website says 7pm). So I asked for Saturday instead.
