Very Questiobale Business????
I am a dental hygienist and have worked for this office as a temp. It is a smaller office with a great staff. Everyone there was so helpful and the Dr was great. As for needing a full series of x-ray, that should be expected for a first time patient to evaluate bone level and determine if any perio disease has progressed causing further damage. (these are done about once every five years. if you have one bring it to your appt) As for bright smile I did call them and was informed that they do not have any hygienists on staff because they were not set up for that. A hygienist is trained in cleaning your teeth and removing the bacteria that causes disease and they do not have someone to do that. that should questionable to me. As for the poorly dress pt, i did not see anyone poorly dressed there or that I felt was out of place but when i go to the dr I do not usually think i need to dress to impress. maybe the people you saw where just dressed to be comfortable.‎

Great Dentist
Great people. That other negative reviewer seems neurotic to me. And a bit racist as well. I'm a white guy. Not that it matters. All races have teeth that need care. I called them out of the blue. The perfect receptionist was extremely helpful and courteous and also asked me how I found out about them (I own a business too, she's supposed to do that). Then she managed to squeeze me in last minute as a courtesy to me, with Dr. Zorrilla who was an awesome dentist who was equally courteous, competent and professional. I had never been there before. But, he took me last minute with no appointment. I was going on vacation the following day. They were very considerate as they didn't have to do that for me. I'll go back again. It's not a huge practice with all kinds of bling....but it's certainly professional. He's equipped just fine too.‎

dont know what the last review is...
I dont know what that last review is thinking. Apparently she has never called any Dr office before because I work in the medical field and one of the most common questions a receptionist or paperwork asks is "who were you referred by" It is a basic question. I am white and my family and I have been seeing Dr Zorrilla for about ten years. We used to see him at his other office before he branched out on his own. We all have insurance and drive decent cars, I am not quite sure why anyone cares what you drive??? A full set of xrays on a new client, I would imagine is pretty standard. He and his staff have always been wonderful. He is just a dentist on his own, not a big giant practice. Good guy, nice staff and technicians.‎

Very Questionable Business
Currently was looking for a new dentist in the area, and went for an initial visit - since a recent filling chipped and I could feel the ragged edge... and I needed a cleaning... so I call and make an appointment... ODD SIGN #1 - Receptionist asks who referred me. Seems surprised to have a call out of the blue. I searched online by proximity. Possible explanation - at the visit, I note the clientele seem appear to be immigrants and not particularly well-dressed. Moreover the office is very low-rent, small, tight to navigate equipment seems very old. My guess, Frank Zorilla spends most of his money to pay for a CL class Mercedes and nothing on his tiny practice. where the hallway only lets one person go through at a time to get to an exam chair. So... I want a cleaning, they only do a limited exam on the chipped tooth and he tells me going by the x-ray they took, it needs to be a root canal. Additionally, he claims it is mandatory that the hygenist needs to take full x-rays before she ...
