I have had my hair highlighted for many, many years and consequently have tried many, many hair salons in San Diego. Currently, I go to Zino's (which I was referred to by a friend who also loved it there) and I see Natalia. She is awesome! My highlights (and lowlights) are perfect every, single time. She really takes her time to make sure everything is done well. Her haircuts are good too, and she is good at long layers. I'm really picky about my hair (as most of us are) and Natalia has never let me down.

Zino's is conveniently located in the Hazard Center Shopping Center, near Joe's Crab Shack and Jenny Craig (above Yogurtland). There is always parking available and they are really good about getting me an appointment when I need one. Reasonable rates compared to other salons I have been to. I usually pay about $100 (with tip) when I go.
Definitely recommend Zino's, and ask for Natalia if you can get her!
