Purchased 10x20 canopy with sides from Costco. This canopy didn't even make through one summer. The roof disinigrated. It's very thin and literally shreds with the slightest pull. I think it was a bad roof because the sides seem to be better at holding up. Zhengte pretty much said too bad, we can't do anything. Costco won't do anything. So we wasted $200.

The top basically disintegrated after 2 ( Fairly Mild ) summers. The company is about as helpful as most companies which are front for inferior Chinese products would be. Costco should be ashamed to be selling this worthless ( though fairly expensive) GARBAGE
