Beautiful & creative photography. Zen Todd did a fabulous job on my 40th birthday party August 2006 and several industry people have requested information about this. Pros: Very talented & creative artist
Cons: Unsatisfactory follow up/communication. The company was paid in full prior to the event and as of May 2007, I have not yet received my albums. Customer service should not be valued on the event or dollar amount. Protocol is universal & customer service should extend regardless.
