This place is just great. It?s located on cute little Robertson Blvd., not where Kitson is, but on the south side of Wilshire. They have the really comfortable spa chairs with the massage buttons. I have never had to wait to get a mani-pedi, they always do a fantastic job and if you go to your car and mess up your nail (they?ll even fix it for free)?I know this because I messed up my nail on my belt buckle!

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for ever- I have never had such well rounded service at any other place. Zen spa is SO clean, so relaxing and low key. The technicians have never punctured me, they take their time, they dont speak in their native tongue about every customer that walks in- even when the salon is a full house- you never feel crowded. Always a good vibe which allows for a relaxing experience. There is parking in the back which is so convenient and the owners couldnt be nicer. The prices are COMPLETELY reasonable= the cheap person who wanted half off for a "half manicure" needs to find a new place. Business is business and you get way more than $35 worth of service at this excellent spot. Zen spa is a total find- oh and it;s awesome that you can get great food next door - delivered to your spa chair. I rate this place a 20 out of 5. Yep, I love it.

I have been going to Zen nails for 3 years. Recently i had surgery on my left hand and went there for a mani/pedi. The manicurist only did my right hand, when i went to pay, the manager forced me to pay full price. i told her that the lady only did my right hand and didn't touch my left hand, why should i have to pay for a full manicure? She shrugged her shoulders and basically said 2 bad - that's what i was going to have to pay. i told her that i had been exclusively going there for 3 years and she only did one hand!!! i paid full price but i will not be going there again. First, it was wrong of her to charge me full price and second, after 3 years of loyalty...they should be ashaimed of themselves. with so much competition on robertson, you would think they value repeat customers. there are so many other great spas on robertson, there is no need to go to a place like that.

There are so many nail salon along Robertson Blvd but the one I came across, Zen Nail Spa, is fantastic! Though they're a buck or two more than some salon, they're clean! They use brand new files and buffers on me. I really like that! Plus the decor is very relaxing! I finally found my place!

I lived in the are for quite some time and have visited a couple of nail salons along Robertsons Blvd. Until ZEN Nail Spa opened up, I was completely glued to that place. The whole place wasn't like messy like some nail salons, excellent service (they're such nice people), CLEAN, and of course relaxing. I'd definitely recommend my friends to go there now. Their chairs are awesome!
