AVOID if you can help it
We put up with Zam Realty Mgmt. for four years and are now trying to get our security deposit back from when we moved out four months ago. While living there we experienced an unhelpful super, numerous problems with the unit (water leaking through a ceiling light fixture, mold growing in the walls), and a management staff that we could never get a hold of because their line is either busy or their voicemail box is full. We called 311 about 3-4 times over the years. Since moving out we've written them letters (because trying by phone is useless) providing our updated contact info and requesting our security deposit. NO RESPONSE. In our next letter we're warning them that we'll be filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General.
