Great Sales Dept!!! Very Honest Ask About life time Extended War
I just brought in my girl's ring to have repaired because 2 small stones had fallen out. I spoke with the sales woman and she asked for my receipt which i showed her. She asked if I had came in every 6 months for the cleaning and up keep on the ring. I explained to her I had not. She then explained that the warranty on the ring would be void and I would have to pay to replace the stones. I did not have a problem with this because I knew the terms and conditons of the warranty. She told me it would $375.00 to replace the stones and clean the ring up. Once I agreed to the price she then said sir I see you did have the extended 2 year warranty wahich is expired but they have a new plan which is a life time warranty I can buy. I said ok will that help with getting the ring repaired and she said yes. I then asked how much would that be ( thinking it was going to be much more then the repair) She said to me $189.00 even. I was almost in shock. Here I was going to pay $375 and then out of no where she finds they have a new warranty offer which will cover the ring as long as I renewed it. Thanks so much for being a honest jeweler. You have gained a customer for life.
