Today, I purchased a long white gown at Yvonne's. It was wedding style and considerably cheaper than David's Bridal and even Dillards.

When I walked in, there was this smell that just consumed me. It was old fashion perfume and there was SO much of it. After a while I got used to it, but I felt the need to run outside for fresh air for about 10 minutes beforehand.

The place wasn't well done. Generally shabby, but it was homey all at the same time. My attention was pretty much immediately taken away from that when I caught site of the dress selection they had.

There were tons of dresses! And not just dresses. They had purses, underwear (naughty and nice), gloves, jewelry and a bit more. I felt like a kid in a candy shop.

I was immediately helped and the woman was so ridiculously nice and helpful. She knew what I needed and she led me straight to the dress selection that fit my school requirements and price range. I had 5 dresses to try on.

I loved the very first one I tried on. The woman suggested I try a couple more on just in case, and she zipped me up and down throughout the entire thing, which was EXTREMELY helpful.

I ended up buying gloves also because surprisingly enough, they had them! I was even told some hairstyles that would go good with my dress.

The entire purchase was about 300 dollars. Not half bad I'd say.

This is not a place where you'll have one of a kind dresses. They seem to be stock dresses that have different price tags. So, if you're looking for that one of a kind dress, it isn't here. Maybe a three of a kind dress or something around there.

But I was really happy with the turnout. I would strongly suggest checking it out at the very least for ANY occasion that would require a dress.

I loved the experience of selecting, purchasing and having my wedding dress altered at this amazing boutique. Top notch service and handmade details for my veil were so gorgeous. I felt like a princess throughout the whole process and I looked amazing thanks to Yvonne LaFleur!

At first, I thought my experience at Yvonne LaFleur's was beyond wonderful. I found the dress of my dreams for a reasonable price and her staff treated us like royalty. Yvonne LaFleur told my party and I that she designed my dress herself. I was so excited that I had purchased an Yvonne LaFleur designed wedding gown for my wedding. Well, one week later, while searching for bridesmaids dresses online, I accidentally came across a picture of my wedding gown made by another designer. The price was nearly $350 cheaper. I called the designer to find out what was going on. I discovered that Yvonne LaFleur purchases a large number of gowns from this wholesaler. She had removed their label and replaced it with an Yvonne LaFleur label. When I called Yvonne to question her she tried to change the subject by asking me if I am related to an old friend of hers. She proceeded to tell me the story of how they were friends in the 1960s. When I ignored her efforts to divert from the situation, she said she would have to call me back...which she did not do. I drove to the boutique to speak to her in person. She did NOT deny what she did. She simply kept replying "this entire store is an Yvonne LaFleur collection." She clearly showed how guilty and wrong she was. She refused to give me a refund for the dress. She said when the dress comes in we can discuss the situation again. The dress is not scheduled to come in until three months before my wedding, which will not be enough time for me to find another wedding gown. She misrepresented herself and lied to me. Horrible horrible business ethics.

I WARN EVERYONE! DO NOT BUY FROM YVONNE LAFLEUR. GO INTO HER BOUTIQUE AND FIND A GOWN, THEN GO LOOK FOR IT ONLINE. YOU WILL FIND IT FOR A MUCH BETTER PRICE AND BY THE ORIGINAL DESIGNER, NOT SOMEONE WHO CLAIMS THEY DESIGNED IT.

The dresses in Yvonne Lafleur are just beautiful, and I love the way they hang from the ceiling. I thought the dresses would be way out of my price range, but they were actually much more reasonable than other dress shops in the city. The staff was very professional and upbeat. After I found my perfect dress, they even helped me celebrate with a glass of champagne. It was a great experience. They made the experience for my mother and I wonderful.

I was not expecting to find the Wedding Dress of my dreams but that is exactly what I found at Yvonne Le Fleur. When I walked into the store with my mother, Mary Jane greeted us and said to look around the store, she would be right with us after assisting another bride to be. My mother and I began to look around and we found several dresses that were very nice. I was expecting to tell the attendant what dress I wanted to try on, go into a dressing room and try on dresses as usual. Mary Jane took it a step further. She actually suggested dresses to try on. The very first dress I tried on was simply gorgeous and soooo me. Beautiful dress, alencon lace with small beading over champagne satin. The dress was beautiful and fit me almost perfectly. Mary Jane took is another step further, she looked at my figure and added wonderful touches that accentuated my figure. I truly felt like a bride for the first time, romantic and timeless. Unfortuneatly, I could not afford the dress, but I knew the dress I wanted and was on a mission to find one I could afford. I will never forget the assistance I received and I highly recommend the shop, if you are looking for something special.
